Join us bright and early and start your day off right! We use functional movements to help build strength and endurance, keeping your body strong and capable!

We also keep our focus on getting FIT in order to run the race God has set out for us and to help us not give up!

*This class can be modified for any fitness level.We'll be using a mix of weights, bands and body resistance. Everything will be provided for you.
