Join us bright and early to start your day off right! We'll be using functional movements to help build strength and endurance, keeping your body strong and capable! We also keep our focus on getting FIT in order to run the race God has set out for us and not give up!

Gain strength, develop balance and
increase your flexability! Utilizing the stability and foundation of a chair, there's no need to get on and off the floor for these stretching and strengthening exercises.
We will be offering light weights and bands to make this workout your own!

Flex is our newest class developing strength and toning muscles while holding and moving through yoga styled postures.
We will be utilizing weights and mats in this class. Both available in studio.
