Quick and Healthy Banana Muffins

How to Make
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare muffin tins
In mixing bowl combine bananas, honey, vanilla, oil, egg, yogurt and milk. Mix until well combined.
Add flour, soda and salt, Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly in the muffin tin.
Bake for 12-15 minutes
Ingredients
2 or 3 ripe bananas (more bananas means a slightly mor chewy and dense testure)
1/4 cup honey
1 T vanilla
1 T olive oil
1 egg
1/2 Cup plain yogurt (dairy or dairy free)
1 T milk (dairy or dairy free)
3/4 cup GF flour (I use straight cassava flour)
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
