Creamy Thyme Chicken Soup

How to Make

  • Cook, chop or shred chicken

  • While cooking chicken, peel/chop veggies

  • Saute carrots, celery, and onion in saucepan with oil about 3-4 minutes

  • Add chicken stock, potatoes and chicken

  • Bring to a boil and boil for 6-8 min until potatoes are soft

  • Turn to low heat and add broccoli, and seasonings

  • After 5 minutes on low add coconut cream and enjoy!


1 1/2 lb Cooked Shredded or Chopped Chicken

2 tsp Avacado or Olive Oil

2 Potatoes- peeled and diced

1 Carrot- peeled and chopped

2 Celery Stalks- chopped

1/4 C Onion

60 oz Chicken Stock

1/4 C Broccoli- chopped

1/4 tsp Garlic

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Dried Thyme or 1 tsp fresh Thyme

1 8oz Can Coconut Cream
