  • Engage in small steps helping you grow stronger everyday

  • Challenges to keep you on track

Easy Access

All of your resources will be available on a date you chose through the Member Portal on our website or App. You will be given daily tasks to complete. You will have daily educational information to inform and motivate you throughout the week.

Virtual Fitness Program

You will be given access to our virtual Faith Fueled Fitness Beginner Series! This includes 4 diverse classes taught by Christa Starn and Sarah Freeman specifically designed to help you grow in your strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility AND recovery!

Online Community

We will support you on this journey! You will be added to our online community for program participants only where we will encourage discussion of your healthy habits, answer any questions or concerns you may be dealing with, and allow us to encourage you and pray for you!
