Alternative to Yoga Classes
In Faith Fueled Fitness Christian Alternative to Yoga classes we utilize stretches and breath similar to those found in Yoga, but that are foundationally unique. We focus our minds and hearts on the love of Jesus while using our creators first gift of breath alongside movement to develop our strength not only physically, but spiritually as well.

Shawna Moreno
Shawna is a lover of Jesus, transformed and empowered by the love of God. Her passion in life is “To Know God and make Him Known.” While pitching her tent here on earth she wears many hats: wife, mom, registered nurse, teacher, daughter, friend, yoga instructor, and a striving to be chronic truth teller.

As an Orthopedic Nurse, Shawna sees first hand how poor bone health causes needless incidences of osteoporotic fractures. She believes, Yoga, along with good nutrition can help preserve and build bone, improves posture, coordination, strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, and promote better balance. Practicing yoga prevents falls and fractures.

Shawna’s absolute favorite thing about Christ Led Yoga is spending time with Jesus: worshiping, listening, and meditating on Him. In her free time Shawna can be found enjoying corporate worship, coffee, camping, gardening, reading and hanging out with friends and family.
Denalee Bell
Denalee is first and foremost a follower of Jesus, devoted wife and loving mother of 2. She is a published author, business owner and a prominent real estate agent...but her real passion is loving God and others through her practice of Christ led yoga.

Denalee has been certified with Holy Yoga and currently leads Faith Fueled Flow classes. She loves helping others find God in every aspect of their lives; loving God with their minds, body and souls!
