12 Days of Fitness FUN Family Workout!


This is a fun workout to do with the whole family. Follow the 12 moves, but each time you add one, do the previous moves again until you get to 12. This may take you 20 mins (at the most) and You'll be laughing and sore by the end!


Start with 1 Burpee,

then add

2 Squats plus the burpee.

Next 3 pushups, 2 Squats, 1 Burpee

4 Lunges (each side) 3 Pushups, 2 Squats, 1 Burpee

5 StarJumps, 4 Lunges, 3 pushups, 2 squats, 1 burpee

60 second plank! (Hint: change positions every 10 seconds), 5 StarJumps, 4 Lunges, 3 pushups, 2 squats, 1 burpee

7 Long Jumps, 6p sec plank, 5 star jumps, 4 Lunges, 3 pushups, 2 squats, 1 burpee

8 Second Wall Sit, 7 Long Jumps, 60 second plank, 5 StarJumps, 4 Lunges, 3 pushups, 2 squats, 1 burpee

9 Second Leg Lift, 8 sec wall sit, 7 Long Jumps, 60 second plank, 5 StarJumps, 4 Lunges, 3 pushups, 2 squats, 1 burpee

10 Mountain Climbers, 9 sec leg lift, 8 sec wall sit, 7 Long Jumps, 60 second plank, 5 StarJumps, 4 Lunges, 3 pushups, 2 squats, 1 burpee

11 Donkey Kicks, 10 Mountain Climbers, 9 sec leg lift, 8 sec wall sit, 7 Long Jumps, 60 second plank, 5 StarJumps, 4 Lunges, 3 pushups, 2 squats, 1 burpee

Finally- 12 Calf Raises, 11 Donkey Kicks, 10 Mountain Climbers, 9 sec leg lift, 8 sec wall sit, 7 Long Jumps, 60 second plank, 5 StarJumps, 4 Lunges, 3 pushups, 2 squats, 1 burpee
